About the Job
  • Compare a property with similar properties to determine its competitive market price.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, market prices
  • Visit and show several sites and explain features of homes
  • Ensure properties are updated and correctly evaluated and ready for sale
  • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
  • Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies
